Which devices are compatible?

piliq works with iPhone (iOS 16 or later) and Apple Watch (watchOS 7 or later). An Apple Watch is recommended for the most accurate sleep tracking.

How does sleep tracking work?

piliq syncs with Apple HealthKit to automatically record your sleep data when you wear your Apple Watch to bed. No manual input required.

How does AI coaching work?

Our AI analyzes your sleep patterns, daily activity, and lifestyle habits to provide personalized coaching — specific advice on what to actually change, not just a score.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your iPhone: go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → piliq → Cancel Subscription. You will not be charged after cancellation.

How do I delete my data or account?

You can delete your account from within the app under Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed immediately. You can also email us and we will handle the deletion for you.

Is my health data safe?

Yes. Your sleep and health data is encrypted using AES-256 and stored locally on your device first. We never sell your health data to third parties and it is never used for advertising.
